Refugium is a beachfront apartment located on Costa da Caparica, 15 minutes away from Lisbon.
The concept
Its renovation was inspired by the simplicity of the original fishermen's houses from the 18th century, in order to guarantee a serene and comfortable space.
The material
Microlime, based on lime and natural non-toxic additives, was chosen as the dominant material to ensure the homogenization of the entire space. Its sandy and pigmented appearance, ensures a strong relationship with the place in a clear allusion to beach huts.
The Refugium da Caparica, with a capacity for 4 people, consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, and the living area opens onto the balcony, from where you can enjoy a unique sunset.
